I partnered with goldi to help define their brand strategy and bring them to market in an impactful way that cut through the clutter of job search market by positioning them as a trailblazer. goldi is the first video-based job search app, which carved them out as a breath of fresh air in an arena dominated by bland form fields and crappy cover letters.
We used that difference to our advantage and put a stake in the ground to bring the humanity back to job search because we believe that no one is best represented by a two page resume submitted to an algorithm.
We began with a brand promise that connects groundbreaking tech to an emotional statement.
